The solution to free Palestine is not to wait for others to give it but rather for Arabs to unite, boycott American and Israeli products, and force the discussion. What goes around comes around … with a potential US government shutdown lurking around the corner, the Middle East has an opportunity to boycott all American products and really hurt America’s bank account, which unfortunately, is the only thing that motivates the US to act in the best interests of the people both at home and abroad. In my opinion, Obama had his chance and will not free Palestine during his term as president. He was elected to initiate change in the Middle East and create lasting peace but in the end the Jewish lobbyists continue to exercise their power and influence to protect Israel, allow the expansion of Israel, and unless Arab nations join together to crusade this injustice, Palestine will never be free.
