Dealing with Death – How to Deal with Death and Truly Live!

Dealing with Death — www.noahhammond.com Today, we are going to be talking about dealing with death and how to deal with death so that you can TRULY live. Death — A Guaranteed Future Event! Now, this video advice is pretty quick and simple. I would give you another video to go to for further clarification. But, all I want to share with you today is the simple understanding that one day you are going to die. I am not trying to say that to make you scared. I’m not trying to say that to FREAK you out. I’m only trying to say that to acknowledge it. And for myself, I acknowledge that one day, I am going to die. This is an INEVITABLE fact. This is a GUARANTEED future event. What I want to bring to your awareness is that only after you can fully deal with death, fully EMBRACE the fact that you are going to die, are you going to fully embrace life and living! Someone who is fully connected with the fact that they are going to die will not waste the time like somebody who blissfully lives in the ignorance or ignores the fact that they are going to die. My suggestion to you — and I have done this personally — is to look in the mirror, connect deeply with your own eyes and say “One day, I am going to die.” What this is going to do for you is allow you to stop wasting time on things that do not add to your life or add to the world. Your minutes are the only thing in this world that has a LIMITED amount of. Everything else, there is an infinite ABUNDANCE and infinite possibility

I totally agreed with this video. Death is scary because there is a big sense of the unknown. But for people that have had near death experiences, one this is for sure, they no longer fear death or dying. You should check out the research group for near death experiences and see what they say

Man I have hit my thirties and I have put a great deal of thought into this. It freaks me out, I am not an atheist but I cant sit here and say God and Heaven are waiting for me. Death for me is the end of all things. I will never fully understand how to deal with that. The most trivial things are not trivial at all. They are miracles and they are miracles because one day something as simple as a summer afternoon I take for granted is not going to be there. A five minute video does nothing tohelp

Death is something that scares me alot, could you maybe tell how to not be so afraid of it? I’ve really understood that one day I will be no more, and that’s happened many times, but it only frightens me because I struggle to accept the fact that I’m just going to disappear and never be concious again at some point.
